[Pensacola, FL] — Snap Soccer is proud to announce its selection as an official league operator for Southeast Districts 3 and 4 in the newly formed national youth soccer competition — temporarily referred to as “NewComp” — a landmark collaboration between US Youth Soccer and US Club Soccer launching with the 2026–27 season. The announcement was made today by US Club Soccer as part of the full release of all league operators nationwide.

About the New Competition

NewComp represents a historic step forward for youth soccer in the United States. In alignment with the U.S. Soccer Pathways Strategy, US Youth Soccer and US Club Soccer are unifying the National Premier Leagues (NPL) and the National League (NL) into a single, top-level, team-based competition platform serving up to 10,000 teams and approximately 150,000 players across the country.
The new competition will be organized across eight conferences, comprising 34 districts nationwide. Conference boundaries were designed to align with U.S. Soccer’s talent identification models, with each district drawn using population data, driving distances, and team concentration to maximize meaningful competition with reasonable travel for families.
Snap Soccer’s Role as League Operator
Snap Soccer has been selected to operate Southeast District 3 and Southeast District 4, bringing its proven track record of managing quality youth soccer competition to two of the region’s most vibrant and growing soccer markets. These will be separate league districts.
As a designated operator, Snap Soccer will administer district-level competition while adhering to nationwide rules and standards set by the league. Operators are chosen for their commitment to access and inclusivity, quality competition, and player-first decision-making — values that are central to Snap Soccer’s mission.
“We are thrilled to be selected as the league operator for Southeast Districts 3 and 4. Our team has been operating in these markets for over 15 years, and we look forward to serving the clubs, coaches, players and parents. We can’t wait to get started,”said Zack Touchstone, Chief Operating Officer, Snap Soccer.
