March Player of the Month
In the month of March, Snap Soccer eGaming hosted multiple FIFA video game events for kids stuck at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. The kids that participated in the events ranged from 9 to 17 years of age and represented over 15 different soccer clubs in different regions of the United States. Specifically, the events had players from:
Florida – Perdido Bay FC, Bayside Dynamo Futbol Club, FC Dallas – Emerald Coast, Gulf Coast Texans, and the Gulf Breeze Futbol Academy
Alabama – Fairhope Rangers Soccer Club, Birmingham United Soccer Association, Central Baldwin Futbol Club
Mississippi – Hattiesburg Futbol Club and Gulf Coast United
Indiana – Indy Premier Soccer Club
Ohio – Westerville United Futbol Club and Sporting Columbus
The Snap Soccer eGaming team wants to take a moment and highlight who we feel is our March player of the month. Hanie Kousa, an 03/04 player, from the Bayside Dynamo Futbol Club. Bayside has been a staple soccer club in the Pensacola-Gulf Breeze, Florida community since 1978!
In our two Xbox events during the month of March, Hanie went undefeated finishing first in each event. In total, the two events had over 40 participants.
Through the two events, Hanie finished with 8 wins and 0 losses, 45 goals for, 9 goals against, and a staggering positive goal difference of 36. Not to mention the two titles he has earned that are accompanied with bragging rights!
When asked about the events, Hanie said “The FIFA tournaments are so lit and also entertaining. There’s nothing better than waking up and playing FIFA against other great players for bragging rights and prizes”
One of Snap Soccer eGaming’s directors, Zack Touchstone stated “It feels great to be able to give the kids a little structure in times like these. It’s exciting to know that the kids look forward to the events and enjoy them as much as we do. It’s been an exciting ride so far with Snap Soccer eGaming and we are looking forward to the growth to come” when asked about Hanie’s comments.

The Snap Soccer eGaming arm of the company has long been a vision of the firm, but hasn’t come into play until recently. The program just had its official launch in mid-March with players transitioning to the new program on Snap Soccer eGamings own platform.
The program takes new players through a 9-part course that will show them the ropes of the community, establish codes of conduct, and explore some aspects of the game that can be applied to the physical field like tactics and formations. Once done with the course the players will enter the community and have access to weekly tournaments run by the Snap Soccer eGaming staff.
