2022 Soccer Shootout Recap

The 2022 Perdido Soccer Shootout is two weeks behind us and the Snap Soccer team has had time to reflect on the two great weekends of soccer in Foley, Alabama. Both weekends brought great competition and wildly different forecasts. Girls Weekend at the Soccer Shootout brought very mild weather, carrying average temperatures in the 60s. While Boys Weekend provided us with wind gusts of up to 35 miles per hour and temperatures ranging from the 30s to the 60s. Regardless of the weather, we were beyond thrilled to host over 200 teams in Foley, AL.

We can’t thank everyone enough for making the 2022 Perdido Soccer Shootout possible. We hope to have you all back for the event in 2023. Be sure to mark your calendars early for next year’s event.

Also, If you haven’t already, we’d recommend registering as early as possible for the Perdido Soccer Shootout’s sister event in the Fall – The Publix SuperCup. Last year the Publix SuperCup had over 260 teams registered.
